These hand-knotted 27 bead worry beads feature 8mm faceted Clear Quartz and Rose Quartz, 8mm round Kunzite, Rose Quartz, matte Aura Quartz and Blue Lace Agate beads, and are accented with silver beads.
These worry beads were knotted using double strength, vegan-friendly blush coloured thread and finished with a stunning teardrop shaped Rose Quartz pendant.
Each bead is separated by a knot which was tied with the Om Namah Shivaya mantra, meaning ‘I honor the divinity within myself’. Use these worry beads as a reminder of the divine energy you have within yourself.
Angel Aura Quartz:
Angel Aura Quartz has a wonderful display of iridescent colours and is an extremely high vibrational stone which radiates energies of joy, happiness and contentment. It provides a protective shield around ones aura and assists us when we are feeling emotionally unstable, to a place of inner peace, mental clarity and feelings of serenity.

These worry beads were handmade with love and positive intentions in my home studio using high quality, ethically sourced gemstone beads and vegan-friendly, double-strength thread.
Some gemstones may contain fractures, inclusions and/or other imperfections which are not indicative of damage but rather characteristics of natural stones. I try my best to show these features accurately in my photos.

HOW TO USE
Similar to a worry stone, you can hold your worry beads in your hand and run your fingers over the beads absentmindedly (this can be done out of sight like in a pocket if you are self-conscious).
For a mini-meditation: choose a mantra, word or affirmation that you will use for this meditation. Using your thumb and middle finger*, hold the bead closest to the guru bead (the base) and say your mantra (either in your mind or out loud). Using only your thumb and middle finger, move on to the next bead and say your mantra. Repeat this process until you are back at the guru bead. If you would like to continue your meditation, adjust the worry beads without breaking your grip so that the last bead (the one you are holding) is now your first. Never jump the guru bead to continue as this will ‘break’ your meditation - always return to the start by going back the way you came.
* Why the middle finger and not your pointer? Because the pointer is linked to ego and we want to keep ego out of meditation.
