To work out your perfect fit:

If you have a tailor's tape measure, wrap it around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit and then tighten or loosen it to get your desired fit. Mark the size and pick a bracelet size to match.

Alternatively, you could use a piece of ribbon or string and do the same thing. After marking the size, measure the ribbon/string against a ruler to get your desired fit.

E.g. My wrist size is just over 6 inches so I wear 6.5 inch bracelets for a comfortable fit and 6.75 inch bracelets for a looser fit (or if I want to stack a few bracelets).

These mala bracelets were handmade with love and positive intentions in my home studio using high quality, ethically sourced gemstone beads and durable, double-strength elastic thread.

Some gemstones may contain fractures, inclusions and/or other imperfections which are not indicative of damage but rather characteristics of natural stones. I try my best to show these features accurately in my photos.

Processing Time:

All orders are sent ASAP; usually within 2 business days.

Tracking:

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order details. If any of these details are incorrect please contact me via return email ASAP.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

These emails are sent to the email address provided by you at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes:

For Australian orders: you should receive your Standard Post order within 3-6 business days of it being sent. Express Post orders should be received within 2-3 business days of it being sent. For more information regarding expected domestic delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website.

For international orders: you should receive your order within 5-20 business days of it being sent. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the tracking number supplied to you. For more information regarding expected international delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website.

Customs, Duties, Taxes etc.:

Buyers outside of Australia are responsible for any additional costs, import duties, customs and taxes that may apply to countries outside of Australia. I recommend that you contact your customs office for any additional costs relevant to your country.

Insurance:

It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance to protect your parcel as I cannot issue refunds for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
